Here are pictures of another day from our trip to Mexico. We love to check out churches so we checked this one out in Cabo San Jose. It was an old church with mission styled architecture. This church was simple, cute and filled with icons. The church had expansive white walls that were offset by various stained glass windows.

After checking out the church we roamed the streets of Cabo San Jose. Walking these streets was like stepping back in time. Yes, there were cars and other modern conveniences but the pace of life just seemed slower. There were a lot of vendors selling products that were indigenous to the homeland. The quiet streets of Cabo San Jose were a far cry from the rowdy streets of Cabo San Lucas. It was evident that Cabo San Jose was a bit more laid back and had a little more class than the better-known Cabo.

After a while we headed back to our “oasis.” That is Cabo Azul, which is the resort that we stayed at. (At a later date I will blog about Cabo Azul because it is a phenomenal resort we overlooked the ocean and hung out at the poolside bar. Later on we walked the beach and were surprised to find fire dancers that were shooting a video on the beach. It was a relaxing and magical day.

About Asiel Design

We believe design begins with a relationship of trust with your wedding planner and event designer. When choosing an event designer or a wedding coordinator, we believe that you should feel listened to, understood, and guided through the process in a way, which helps you achieve a look and feel that is personalized to your style. There should be a connection with the designer’s work, esthetic, and a comfort-ability with the professionalism of the company they represent. Mutual respect between the client and the wedding coordinator or event designer is the foundation to a successfully designed event. We believe it is the client who holds all the secrets to their design – what they like, what excites them, and the message and experience they desire to convey throughout their event.
