Jennifer & Matt had a beautiful and classic wedding in San Francisco. I love how they mixed a ceremony at St Dominic’s Catholic Church with a reception at the Olympic Club. It was a beautiful combination. When we met with Jennifer, she continually reintegrated how she wanted a clean fresh and classic look for her flowers.

“Timeless” was her vision, and that really came through. While looking at the incredible images that Milou + Olin captured, I feel that it could be in Europe. The architecture and little cafés shine through. Of Course the Bay Bridge and Trolley car screams “San Francisco”.

Jennifer’s father is a wood carver and he carved each of the table number bird stands. And the family painted them to match with the wedding. There were a few cost saving strategies that we played with. We reused the bouquets as centerpieces and hid the stems in the vases with the green tea leaves. This allowed us to spend more on the orchid design that really brought the room to life. As with any client, we love to understand the client’s vision, and to bring it to life in a tangible way. The best part is reflecting back on the photos and seeing how true that reality is. I love my job!!!

About Asiel Design

We believe design begins with a relationship of trust with your wedding planner and event designer. When choosing an event designer or a wedding coordinator, we believe that you should feel listened to, understood, and guided through the process in a way, which helps you achieve a look and feel that is personalized to your style. There should be a connection with the designer’s work, esthetic, and a comfort-ability with the professionalism of the company they represent. Mutual respect between the client and the wedding coordinator or event designer is the foundation to a successfully designed event. We believe it is the client who holds all the secrets to their design – what they like, what excites them, and the message and experience they desire to convey throughout their event.
